History

THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED IN 1997 AND IS HEADQUARTERED IN FREJUS, IN THE VAR REGION OF FRANCE.

Pamther operates in the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var. Since its creation, the company’s turnover has been constantly increasing with controlled growth.

Our core business since the creation of the company has been the renovation and maintenance of roofs (above / below) the fight against pests (insects and rodents). Our company marks its difference by respecting the processes put in place to ensure irreproachable quality in its businesses. These processes allow traceability and monitoring of our customers both administratively and technically, thus ensuring flawless responsiveness throughout our collaboration. The permanent control of our interventions by a dedicated contact allows us to provide the quality and safety sought by our customers.

Today PAMTHER is the only company in the PACA region to have the major certifications and qualifications in its businesses to ensure the desired quality. It has the ISO 9001-2015 standard to maximize customer satisfaction, FCBA certification for wood treatment, QUALIBAT qualifications for roof renovation, asbestos removal, waterproofing and insulation (RGE). Finally, through its staff, it has the biocide certifications necessary for the application of phytosanitary products. All of its staff are regularly trained to perfect their skills. Finally, PAMTHER provides a service that is always at the forefront of its trades, it regularly develops applications in synergy to meet the demands of its interlocutors and customers.

GUARANTEES & QUALIFICATIONS

The quotes we provide are free. Roofing alteration services are guaranteed for ten years by the SMABTP. The treatment of wood against insects with xylophagous larvae benefits from a 10-year contractual guarantee.

Commercial ethics: no door-to-door canvassing, no intervention or home deposit before the 14-day withdrawal period.
Staff competence: employment of professional staff in the areas of activity and benefiting from regular training.
Declaration of staff and up-to-date contributions to social organizations.
Compliance with technical requirements: all sites are checked internally, and externally for the treatment of wood and termites by the FCBA.
Safety on site: provision of all the necessary safety equipment, staff awareness of safety rules, training.
Commitment to after-sales follow-up: follow-up of non-conformities and re-intervention as soon as possible.
